| Characteristics | Wistar rats were immunized with mouse CD14-expressing NRK-52E transfected
cells. Mouse - Rat hybridoma producing rat monoclonal antibody, IgG2a.
HAT resistance. This cell line can be used for immunoprecipitation and
flow cytometry. It inhibits LPS binding of CD14. No cross-reactivity with human CD14. Transplantation into C.B-17/Icr-scid/scid mice induces ascites. |
