Characteristics	TLR4-/- mice on C57BL/6 genetic background were immunized with Ba/F3-transfected cells expressing human TLR4/MD-2. Mouse - Mouse hybridoma producing mouse monoclonal antibody, IgG2a, kappa. This mAb shows reactivity against human TLR4 irrespective of the presence of MD-2. No cross-reactivity with mouse TLR4. HAT resistance. This cell line can be used for immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry. Transplantation into C.B-17/Icr-scid/scid mice induces ascites.
