Wistar rats were immunized in the foot pads with EGFP. Mouse- Rat hybridoma
producing rat monoclonal antibody, IgG2a, kappa. HAT resistance. This cell
line can be used for immunoprecipitation for antigen with EGFP in C-terminal
and FACS. Transplantation into C.B-17/Icr-scid/scid mice induces ascites. |
