| Characteristics | Immune animal is Wistar rat. Antigen is mouse testicular homogenate named
TEX101. Mouse-Rat hybridoma producing rat monoclonal antibody, IgG1 or
2b, kappa. HAT resistance. This cell line can be used for immunoprecipitation,
flow cytometry and non-reducing western blotting. It may also be used for
immunohistochemical staining. Transplantation into C.B-17/Icr-scid/scid
mice induces ascites. |
