| Characteristics |
BALB/c lymphoma. Established from spontaneous reticulum cell lymphoma found
in an old BALB/c AnN. These cells are IgG(+), Ia(+), Fc-R(+), IgM(-), IgA(-)
and complement receptor (-). Diploid and tumorigenic surfaci Ig, however,
cells were grown in RPMI-1640 they express a high level of surface Ig.
T cell factors and mitogens can induce these cells tosecrete IgG extracellularly.
This cell line can present both alloantigens and protein antigens. A culture
submitted to the Cell Resource Center for Biomedical Research was found
to be contaminated with mycoplasma. Progeny were cured by Treatments with
BM Cyclin and MC210. |
