Mouse (C3H) fibroblast cell line LAG (TKG 0218) transfected with MUC1 plasmid
(APR-MUC1). MUC1 expressing, and 8Ag resistant. Not transplantable to nude
mouse. A culture submitted to the Cell Resource Center for Biomedical
Research was found to be contaminated with mycoplasma. Progeny were cured
by Treatments with BM Cyclin and MC210. |
