| Characteristics | Established from tsSV40 large T-antigen gene transfected mouse kidney. Culture at 33℃, using collagen-coaated dish. The level of cAMP accumulation stimulated by vasopressin in this cell line is equivalent to those of MDCK cells which were originated from a distal tubule cells of nephron segments. A culture submitted to the Cell Resource Center for Biomedical Research was found to be contaminated with mycoplasma. Progeny were cured by Treatments with BM Cyclin and MC210. |
