| Characteristics |
Model cell line for differentiation in the myeloid macrophage pathway.
This cell line can be induced to become macrophage-like by dexamethazone,
LPS and WEHI-3 supernatant. A culture submitted to the Cell Resource Center
for Biomedical Research was found to be contaminated with mycoplasma. Progeny
were cured by Treatments with BM Cyclin and MC210. |
